Meet our Guides

While each of us has our own personality,
we share one thing in common…
we love to put people on fish. Check out below to learn a bit more and hopefully spend a day with us on the river.

josh

Josh Ott

Josh has been drawn to all things outdoors for as long as he can remember. If you ask him he will gladly tell you that there is nothing that compares to fly fishing. Whether it is standing in his favorite stream in Maine, chasing steelhead in the Great Lakes region or fishing for PA trout, Josh is at home in the water. He believes fly fishing should be fun, exciting and productive and he will do his best to make sure your fly fishing experience is one you will remember and cherish.

Luke Ott

Luke has been landing fish ever since he was old enough to pick up a fishing rod. It is no surprise that it was love at first sight when Luke was first introduced to a fly rod 12 years ago. Since then… he eats, drinks and sleeps fly fishing. Luke loves fishing our local waters here in Schuylkill, Berks, and Lehigh Counties during the heart of the season, and chasing down Steelhead during the fall and winter months. The CRO’s annual trip to Rangeley Maine for monster brookies and landlocked salmon will forever be his favorite week of the year. Luke’s background in Education and Art, combined with his experience fly fishing, make him an excellent guide for both the new comer and the old timer alike.

Bobby Wolfgang

Bobby was born and raised in Eastern Pennsylvania, here he can usually be found drifting flies in a stream or hunting during his spare time. Bobby spent his college years at Penn State University studying Forest Science and also got a degree in the ever popular streams of the State College Area. Bobby is a full time Active Duty Soldier that works at an Aviation Schoolhouse located on Fort Indiantown Gap. He is adamant about fly fishing and very knowledgeable on the streams he fishes. He pays extreme attention to detail, works hard to put people on fish and is very safety oriented. He will do everything in his power to ensure you have a very memorable experience on and off the stream.
